MINISTRY OF PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT LAUNCHES ITS FIRST COOPERATIVE PLAN

Ministry Provincial Government and Institutional Strengthening launch it first ever Cooperative Plan since it become a Ministry of its own.

Speaking at the launching, Minister of Provincial Government and Institutional Strengthening Hon Manasseh Maelanga acknowledge all staff and responsible authority that help to ensure the Cooperate Plan Document become successful.

“The completion of this document shows commitment and hard-work” Say Minister.

He said the Cooperate Plan would help coordinate the task and carefully implement Government Plans and Policies that mandated by the Ministry to implement through its entities, the Provincial Government.

Minister said begin one of the biggest Ministry with the National Government System, the document was very important, because it would set out timing, issues and plans that Ministry would work towards to enhance Government police goals.   

He added said the Cooperative Plan Document was manipulate in-light, with the Provincial Act 1997.

Meanwhile Hon Maelanga said all Ministries should produce its own cooperative plan, that would help them to identify and coordinate the mandate task requires by Government.

Added, Deputy Secretary to Prime Minister Christopher Hunupauro also conveys congratulation to the Minister and his Ministry staff.

He said planning was one important element to enhance Government policy vision; therefore Cooperative Plan was the only tool that could fore-shore Government policies with-in its Ministries.

Meanwhile Mr. Hunupauro recommended that all Ministries should come up with their own Cooperative Plan so that each Ministry could work towards enhance Government Provisions and Policies.
